Harassment - ******* deductions

Was called by Elite Mobile to renew contract. Agreed to renewal if it was a user friendly phone for my husband who only makes and receives calls and receives sms\s. - received Nokia Lumia 530 which I have problems using. So he is still on his old phone. A lot of valued added add ons which I was under the impression was part and parcel of the contract which had to be changed because previous one was outdated. 2 x R150.00 deductions and 4 deductions totalling R200.00. = R500.00 unplanned deductions. Today I get called again to update and get told of all these wonderful value added add ons to my own number. Short of using Greek the man would not take no for an answer. I ended the call and he just kept phoning back. Then he started harassing my husband. I think he got the message
