Gross misrepresentation of upgrades disguised as "Gifts"

*****sters and **** Artists. They agent called me and advise that they Vodacom wanted to give me a Huawei Y62 as a gift because I was a loyal customer and I had been overcharged over the years. I was also told my premium would be reduced. I accepted this only time find later that they register this as an upgrade for which I would be charged a premium. This is gross misrepresentation. Vodacom should remove this dealer from their database as this behaviour is unacceptable. It has completely tarnished any sort of trust that I had in Vodacom. When I tried to call them to cancel they say they'l follow up shortly or they literally cut the call mid conversation. I have never dealt with a company that is unscrupilous. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BELIEVE WHAT THEIR CONSULTANTS SAY.
