GREEDY CON ARTISTS!

<p>About three months ago I was approached telephonically by Elite Mobile offering an "Amazing Deal". Unfortunately, I accepted. Three days later the phone arrived and to my immense disappointment, the phone was nothing like they described and I specifically remember asking three times about a specific feature and telling them that the only reason I was accepting the offer was because of this feature which was non-existant. So basically, they **** to me to get the sale.<br />Needless to say, I phoned them and cancelled the deal and they collected the phone within 2 days. I also told them I was NOT going to pay the R150 admin fee because I was misled. I was assured they would not charge me for the fee. They deducted the fee the next day. I called again and complained and I was assured they would refund this fee. I had already reversed it anyhow and thought that would be the end of it.<br />This morning I discover they have deducted it again!!! What lying *******s! It seems they are intent on ripping people off while lying to your face. Now it's not just the R150 anymore. The additional costs of repeated debit orders and reversals now amount to an additional R100. I don't think it's fair for me to have to pay a company that is ********* and dishonest while hiding behind the name of a reputable company like VODACOM.</p>
