Great Customer Care Experience

I needed to cancel my contract prior to immigrating, so I phoned the Vodacom cancellations department bracing myself for the typical customer care experience. I got through to a lady named Celina (spelling?) who was extremely helpful, friendly, personable and sorted out my cancellation painlessly. I would like to very strongly commend her for completely shattering my low expectations for customer service through the excellent service that she provided.
