From August 2020 im still waiting for my query to be resolved(***)

Im very disappointed wit Elite mobile. I renewed the contract with vocadom in August and the phone was delivered to me. I didn't open the package, i decided to return it back sine i haven't opened it yet. I called vodacom and told them that im no longer interested then they told to contact elite mobile. I contacted elite mobile and spoke to Nomfundo Ndimande and she advice that the package will be collected. To date im still waiting for the package to be collected and vodacom is busy debiting me for something that im not using.
