********** Vodacom's 3rd party upgrade company Elite Mobile

Good Evening, Last week Tuesday 24 March 2020 one of the Elite consultants contacted me regarding my Vodacom upgrades offers. We processed everything with a few conditions like I will not be paying any upgrade fees and they told me that my one phone's contract didn't include data even though I told them that it did which I still need to confirm. The following day 25th March 2020 after confirming the information given by their consultant regarding my one phone was false, I called Vodacom and requested that they cancel the upgrades but they told me that I should contact Elite mobile as they were the ones handling the upgrades. I immediately contacted Elite Mobile and spoke to Veronica to cancel the upgrade orders as it was within the 7 days cooling off period. She confirmed that she will cancel all the upgrades but today 1 April 2020 both my phones have been upgraded with the packages that Elite offered me even after I requested cancellations for them. I request that they immediately reverse this process as per my telephonic request made on the 25th March 2020 as I don't want these new contracts because it was false representation from the consultant and the manager who handled the upgrade process.
