One of their consultants called telling me that he sees that one of my Vodacom contracts are up for renewal. He stated that he will not upgrade but going forward I'll be getting other benefits. A few minutes after the call, I received an sms that my contract has been upgraded.

I immediately called them yo have this ********** upgrade canceled as it if was done without my consent.

A few months later the same thing happened to my wife.
