********** Upgrade
Got a surprise when i went to the vodacom store to upgrade my line only to be told that i was upgraded by elite mobile on a sim only deal in May of this year. This is *****, how can you upgrade me with no consent or signed documents or any notice whatsoever, and now i have to go to the police station and file ********** forms ect this is unacceptable
