********** debited from my account by Elitemobile

I was contacted by a consultant from Elitemobile who convinced me to get a contract phone. I told him I earn very little to afford a contract and He to me I qualify after telling him how much I earn.

He said I will be paying R125 for a phone and mentioned value added services which he said it was for free of charge. I accepted and approved the debit from my account knowing I will be paying for a phone. After few days of that call I received email detailing what I will be paying for and the amount which was R500+ it was only value added services. I immediately sent email to them cancelling the order, on the 26 November 2020 I received another email from Elitemobile stating my order has been cancelled. To my surprise on the 30 of December 2020 Elitemobile debited money from my account R199, I contacted them about it through email and got a reply that they have cancelled the order. 30 January 2021 they debited money again I sent email and called them this time and they still insist they cancelled the order and the person I spoke to on the phone did confirm that it was cancelled on 26 November 2020 and she doesn't know how they still taking money from my account. Elitemobile is a ***** and continue to money from my account for nothing I never even received the phone I was promised not even these value added services. Any assistance in matter will be much appreciated.
