********** Debit Orders Elite Mobile and Magzone

They called me for an upgrade on my Vodacom contract. Firstly **** on what I would be getting for my contract and then I received unauthorised debit orders from Elite Mobile and a company linked to them Magzone. When I notified them, they continued to process the unauthorised debit orders and promised a refund on 3 months worth of debit orders which is still ongoing since April 2021 (now its July). There seems to be ********** personnel working there who keep making promises of payment and nothing happens.
