********** Debit orders by Elite Mobile

Elite Mobile sold me a Vodacom Contract in May 2019. They took my FNB business banking details for the said contract of R125pm, and advised me that this will be debited accordingly. I had then noticed that my Nedbank personal bank account details were utilised for R125pm. Needless to say, unknowingly, Elite mobile had added products to be deducted off my FNB business account to the value of R335 (R125,R125,R85) per month since May! I called Vodacom furious, only to find out Elite Mobile had added all these on my account without my authorization! This still while Vodacom correctly debited my account for the said contract of R125, as they utilise current bank details on file and do not accept new banking details as Elite Mobile had referred. Instead, Elite Mobile utilised my business banking details and just debited **********ly without my knowledge or authorisation. I am anxiously awaiting feedback and solid Proof that these amounts deducted are not **********!
