********** debit orders and pathetic customer service

It has been more than a month since they ********ly debited my account and that I am waiting on my refund. I have spoken to Veronica, Patrick, Mandla and Kubeshini and none of them have managed to resolve my issues. This is an utter display of terrible customer service as well as the ******* debit orders for which they had no authorisation. I will now officially be reporting them to the necessary authorities as I have been lenient in giving them the benefit of the doubt in helping me resolve this query.
