********** Debit Orders

This Contract is just over a year old. At the time I took this it was R86p/m and I made it clear that I did NOT want any other extra's. After the deal was captured on your system and I had to wait some time before I could get my device I saw on your System that all extras were added. I phoned and had it all removed and made it clear that I DID NOT want any of this ever. But Elite Mobile has a number of Debit orders going off my account every month. I have phoned Vodacom and Elite Mobile and Requested that this is Removed, but still you continue with the Debit Orders. I have also informed my bank that I do not want this. I have phoned Elite Mobile again and was told your system is down, but Marilyn will phone me back.Never happened, so now I do not want you to phone me back. I want you to stop all the debit orders against my account and Refund me all the money you have been taking month after month. I want to understand why I am paying R95p/m for a R86 contract. I also want to know who do I report the ********** Debit Orders by Elite Mobile to, as I do not want any of the extra's never did and I believe that the body that you full under should investigate this.
