They are deducting money from my account every month yet I do not have any contact with them. They even blocked me from reversing my money. When I call them they keep saying that they are investigating the matter since 27 January 2021. On a monthly basis they are deducting. When I call there is no help. I want to to go straight to Vodacom as this company is under them
