********** cellphone upgrade
I had a laptop contract with Vodacom which was to end in March 2021.When I went to the shop in March,I was told I upgraded hough Elite Mobile in February and has received a Samsung Note 20 which I did not.I reported to their ***** department on the 9th of March and sent requested documents til now there is no contact or solution
