2 months ago I received a call from Elite mobile offering me a contract with a tablet and unlimited data. I excepted the deal and received tablet in a day. First problem was it was a mini tablet. Secondly I only had 500 mb of data and not the unlimited data. I app**** to listen to recorded contract and was told it will take 7 days and I can go to any Vodacom shop to listen at that call. It was never available. Today Mandla called me from Elite mobile and said he listened to recorded offer/ contract. He confirmed I was offered unlimited data, but they cannot / will not give it to me. Person who made contact was fired. He said although I was promised unlimited data they can't give it to me. He didn't want to put my complaint threw to his managing director. I told him I agreed to unlimited data what was offered to me and nothing less. Elite mobile deliberately misled me to made a binding contract, but they don't honour contact. How many other innocent people are misled with contracts with them and Vodacom?
