*****E PROMISES OF VOUCHERS

They **** people to upgrade and promise vouchers that they don't give. There are no Manager or Supervisor that EVER contact me. I must always talk to a Customer Care person and the escalate and escalate my request but for 6 Months they do not phone me or give me my voucher. SKELEMS. But Vodacom can deduct every single month on which if agree upon and not even Vodacom can assist me. They can also just escalate my problem?????????????*** realy 6 Months.
