Vodacom phoned me to find out if i'd like to purchase a internet/wifi bundle. I initally wanted it but realised i could get a better product elsewhere and telephonically told them i was not interested. Apparently as a value added offer, Hotspotter and Elite Mobile have now been deducting 2 x R49 and 2 x R39 off my bank account per month from October last year just shy of R200 per month!!!!!!!!!!. I did not sign an agreement with either Hotspotter or Elite Mobile. How is it possible that these companies could obtain my banking details to deduct these amount each month. This can only be seen as *****, but no nothing will happen to them because they hide behind call centers. AND THEIR ONLY RESPONSE IF .... WE GET A SERVICE AGENT TO CONTACT YOU!!

Thank you for your enquiry. An escalation agent will phone you shortly.
Kind Regards Elitemobile Team

Good day,
Kindly be advised that all the Value Added Services have been cancelled.
With regards to the refund, it was found that you agreed to Rescue box, Society, and Safety box, so there will be no refund for those services. We have processed a refund for Hot spotter, since you did not agree to that Value Added Service.
The transcript of the call recording was sent to you via mail.
