***** Orders Placed

I received two sms's that orders were placed on my name for a total of R1198.00. According to a consultant that I phoned straight away after receiving this message it was placed via a phone call on my name. How can orders be placed without any documentation or proof!? I expect these order to be cancelled immediately and my name removed off the system otherwise I will be taking legal action! It was done with no proof of residence with a bank account that I dont even have? How in the world are your processes done this way?
