***** and Extremely Bad service
I received a call from Afility about non-payment of the value added service that I have signed for from Elite Mobile and they are request payment from me. The sad part is that I do not even know what are those services and what do I get out of them, apparently the sales agent who committed ***** under my name is Xolani Zwane because I do not remember agreeing to this services. I would like this agent to explain to me why did he sign for this services under my name and who gave him consent to user my personal details without my approval and I demand action to be taken against him I also demand an apology and a refund for all the bank charges they cost me trying to debit my account for this ridiculous services I dont even know about. I also request for a call recording to sent to me.
