This afternoon a Woman from Elite Mobile company called my mother and convinced her to do an upgrade on my number which is under her name. She **** and said she spoke to me and got my approval for an upgrade. This is disgusting practice and of course their customer service centre is conveniently closed from 5:30pm.
If they do not sort this out immediately I will take it to the authorities.

Please note that the Upgrade placed has been cancelled.No change has been done to your contract as on point of cancellation the Upgrade was still pending.
I do apologize in regards to what the agent has done,we will be further investigating in to the situation as we do not want our agents to represent us in such a manner.
