false representation from Elite mobile

Misrepresentation by Elite Mobile I received a call in November 20th from someone allegedly from Vodacom, turns out it was actually Elite Mobile. My contract was due for an upgrade, so the consultant sold me an unlimited data package for R379.00 . But now i ran out of data, when i called in vodacom, they said my package is 200Gb which i have used already .asked me to call my contact agent Elite Mobile, My ref no: **********, it has been 2months now, im buying data from my pocket, which supposed to be unlimited . their is absolutely no corporation from elite mobile, . so now when i put them on hellopeter, i received a call from their representative after she apologized for what had happened , she said a courier company will come to me and take the router in next 14 days and my contract will come to cancellation in 14 days, so now it has been 3 weeks , no one has come to take the router, and im still getting charged for unlimited data, when im buying it with my own money. can you plz assist my ***
