False promises
I received a call from Vodacom to reduce my monthly account without extending my contract only to discover now that the call was from Elite Mobile and they extended my contract by another 2 years. I have tried calling them to revers the cancellation ref no: *** with NO SUCCESS. My call was recorded and I did state that I did not want to extend my contract.
