False information/lack of Information

My mom did a upgrade 19 January 2021 received the phone Huawei P40 lite 21 January. Open the phone 22 January 2021. Just to find out that this phone is not Google compatible? ? Never did the consultant tell or inform her that this phone is not Google compatible. I have been phoning, emailing and live chatting trying to get hold of Aaliyah the consultant who helped my mom... but with no luck. This is pathetic service. Please could someone contact us???
