False Information about the Upgade

On the 23rd I received a phone call from somebody purporting to be from Vodacom. They told me that my current subscription (TopUp) is being phased out and that they need to migrate me to a new package that would cost me less per month. When the telemarketer transferred me to her "manager" who then asked me to repeat all my personal information, and upgraded my subscription. Today I call Vodacom to check if my new package will be less going forward, Vodacom suprisingly told me that there's no such thing on my profile.

The person called me using this number *** and his Username is CN_NAIDJ001. I then called Elite to make sure that they don't **** or give false information for customers to subscribe to certain things the GREGORY GAVENDOR was very rude to me and didn't want to escalate the call to the manager.
