Failure to cancel order

A consultant phoned me on 20 May to sell a contract for a tablet to me. During her explanation of what the contract entails, she NEVER mentioned fees that would be deducted for Hotspotter, Safetybox or Rescuebox. These three services weren't even remotely mentioned during the conversation. However, when receiving a confirmation email for the order, the monthly fees for these three mysterious services have been added, increasing the monthly payment by more than agreed with the consultant. I immediately sent an email to their customer care centre requesting them to cancel the order. When the consultant phoned the next day, I informed her that I would not proceed with the contract, since their behaviour of failing to disclose all relevant information constitutes contravention of the Consumer Act. I've sent three emails to cancel the order, but haven't received a reply. In the meantime, a vetting application notification has been added to my Vodacom account to deduct the amount. I tried to phone their customer care centre, but they simply don't answer the phone. I want this order cancelled immediately!!
