Extremely rude and patronizing

<p>Hi I am so upset and demand a call from a senior in the call centre from the outbound sales department. Today I recieved to calls form a patronizing and rude woman. She called me on my mobile number ********** 361 today (17/01/2017) introduced herself and proceeded to sell me a deal for R99.00. I stopped her and told her I'm not interested. She continued on about the deal even though I kept telling her that I am not interested and to make it worse she was laughing and making a fool of me. Eventually I hung up and she called again as soon as I answer she laughs and does not listen to me saying Im not interested. Can something be done about this. I am aware about the policies in telemarketing and that if a person requests not to be called again or that they are not interested their wishes should be granted. I would like the recording of that call to be listened to and a copy sent to me. I intend on taking legal action and thus would appreciate a response and the name and surname of this rude agent. Once more I would like your call center management to call me with an apology as well as for this woman to be taken to task before I am forced to to the legal route. I will not be harrassed on my personal phone which I myself am paying for</p>
