Extremely Rude!!!!!
<p>I received a call today 17 January 2017 on my landline from an extremely RUDE woman. She starts off the conversation by telling me she has three packages to offer me. I asked her what are the three packages she has to offer for interest sake! After she explained the packages to me i told her that i upgraded my phone on friday and am not interested ,whereby she replies and asks me very rudely with an attitude then why did I ask her whatvpackages she has to offer when I know that I upgraded on friday,whereby i responded i asked u for intetest sake then she dropped the phone in my ear! I hereby demand that Elite mobile remove my number from there database and NEVER CALL ME AGAIN because i will be as rude as the lady that calked me today! </p>

I would hereby like to applaud you for your speedily response to my complaint ,i received a call from Marilyn who apologised for the behaviour of the rude sales agent and for also investigating the matter and escalating the matter further.
