Excellent customer service received

A couple of weeks ago I had to write a very negative review for Elite Mobile because of the way one agent treated and spoke to me over the phone. This incident has since been resolved between myself and Elite Mobile supervisory/management team. Yesterday, I received another call from Ashley at Elite Mobile to go through this process again, and my goodness, was I pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism and friendly service I received from Ashley throughout our call! She explained everything clearly, she actually LISTENED to me as the client, she offered me a new package on the markete, I declined and she accepted it as such even though still listing all the benefits of having this package. I am a very happy and satisfied customer, thank you Elite Mobile for employing such professionals in your organisation, who understand the meaning of customer service! And this morning again twice I received excellent service and feedback on my calls from Imelda (Inelda?) as I want to add onto the upgrade I did last night. Big thank you to Ashley and Imelda, you've turned a grumpy unhappy client into a happy satisfied client!
