Evasive and misleading ****s.

My elderly pensioner parents have been taken for a ride by them many times in the past and are afraid to speak to these guys as they always end up paying for extra things they didn't ask for and cannot use themselves.<br> <br> They just tried to force extra services on my 74 year old mother who asked them to speak to me in stead.<br> I told them right at the beginning that my parents cannot afford any extra expenses and that if it is anything that will cost them more than their contract already does, they aren't interested.<br> <br> They are patronising and try to make you feel like the idiot forcing their package on you after saying that it doesn't cost anything to log in now and if you don't like the services, you have to call back and cancel. Then they want to know on which day they can deduct their fees??? While trying to avoid telling you that your bill will be at least R200 more on your next payment date. They skirt around the issue that they activate you there and then and you are suddenly paying for something you have never heard of before. This after them saying it won't cost you anything. You get passed onto someone else who is even more rude than the 1st 1 you spoke to for the same **** too
