Empty promises.

My wife was offered a package with a R2000.00 Takealot voucher. The voucher was never issued and with every follow up call we made to get this sorted, the consultants indicated they will escelate the matter and will provide feedback. Various reference numbers received with empty promises. Consultants do not keep to promises nor.provide feedback. Voucher still not issued. Poorest service I ever received. Do not trust them to do as they say. Do not take out contracts with them...
