EM debit order still being de****ed after cancelation....
I canceled my data contract with elite mobile telephonnically in August 2020 after noticing a debit order on my bank account labled “kintel-EM i received an SMS confirming the cancelation, but theD/O continued being deducted monthly for 6 months resulting in an amount exceding R400 being deducted from my account *******ly, I quieried this telephonically and via email with no response from EM I am seriously considering goin to small claims court for recovering the funds, I noticed there are several people experiencing issues with EM. If anyone would like to pursue a class action please make contact
