Elite mobile they called me about cell phone I was so excited because I need phone so we had agreement over the phone.they said the will deliver the phone after 3to 4 days. The following day they called me they said I can't get phone because they Don't have access to debit money at bidvest bank they I asked me can I change the bank I said NO then they said unfortunately I can't gave me cell phone,but on 30 November they debit money I try to called them but no answer I went to the bank asked them to reverse the money and block elite mobile they said they can't reverse the money because of the system elite mobile using and they can't block them .that means I going to pay R210 for nothing because I didn't get the phone please assist me .
