Elitemobile Vodacom contract ****s

DO NOT GET A CONTRACT WITH THEM. My dad was ****med by Elite Mobile and we almost had to pay for an iPhone 12. The sales consultant just tried to sell us a phone. This system is so *******ed as in the call recording it was agreed upon that we get an iPhone 12 128GB with this x amount of data, x amount of payment term and x amount of minutes this was even agreed upon with the sales manager more than 4 times to confirm. 3 Days later the phone gets delivered at our doorstep and in a rush my dad signs for it and didn't check the paper as there should be no issue, the contract is with a trusted dealer, VODACOM. Opening the courier parcel we noted that it was not a 128GB, but a 64Gb iPhone. When reading the signed parcel it stated that the contract term was 36 months and not 24 months. We didn't get the correct amount of data, minutes, phone, payment term or monthly installment. THIS IS A *****. We have cancelled the contract with Vodacom and the courier is coming to pick up the phone. This has been a huge waste of time, airtime and frustration. They even try delay the cancellation process so that we are forced to keep the phone.
