EliteMobile hidden costs, undelivered promises, bad service.

I was contacted by EliteMobiles' sales people and got offered a new phone, 100 minutes talking time and 1 Gb of data for R59-00.

I agreed to pay the R59-00 and waited for my new phone to arrive.

At month-end my account got deducted with the following amounts: • R59-00 • R59-00 • R60-00 • R30-00 All from EliteMobile.

I saw this and immediately went to my bank and had them do a reversal on the amounts, as this was not the R59-00 that was agreed upon. That cost me an additional R40-38 for each reversal I had to do and I am out of pocket R160+.

The best part is I have still not received my phone, but have paid for it and other services that were not mentioned at an additional cost to me.

I am a domestic worker and make next to nothing. These additional costs, I can not afford.

I am extremely dissatisfied with their service and the hidden costs, I was not informed about.

I wish for this service to be cancelled. I do not want any more offers from this company as seeing how *********ly they practice their business, I do not wish to have any more dealings with EliteMobile.

I am waiting for your support to contact me, not to negotiate any deals, not to make any more empty promises or any more lies. I want only to hear the following words: "The deal has been cancelled, with no additional costs to you and we apologise for the inconvenience caused to you."
