I agreed to a new contract with Elite Mobile in December 2021 after a call from them claiming to be from Vodacom. I took the contract with the condition I would receive a Takealot voucher in 14 days via SMS. Needless to say, it's 4 months later and still no voucher. I have called the 4 times every 14 days this year only to keep being told that it has been escalated and promises that the voucher will be sent within the next 7 to 14 days. Firstly how do companies like these CON people via mobile phone, when the number comes up as VODACOM? and then train their call center employees to say nothing more than "The call is recorded and has been escalated, the request has been put on a spreadsheet and will be honored within 7 to 14 days. THIS IS ***** AT ITS HIGHEST LEVEL and I expect VODACOM to address this
