They pestered me with upgrades. They are a licensed Vodacom dealer. I have 5 contracts, I did not upgrade on any of them. They deducted R159 the next day and deducted 10 upgrade fees of R150 each (R1500) the next month appart from my fee. I did not apply, or received any new equipment. They are common *********.
