elite **** reappears
After cancelling the very dubious upgraded account that I still don't believe was my doing and having paid the account off plus receiving confirmation that the account was closed. To my surprise get a festive season call offering me an upgrade. An upgrade to what I asked the lady as I do not have an account with you. She boldly tells me yes you do. A quick credit check and what do you know. Account is back and in arrears. Clearly it is because I DO NOT have an account. How is this back? This is a clear case of *****!
