Elite pushes renewal of dead contracts - ********!

Elite Mobile renews a cellphone contract telephonically - they can see that this contract is dormant and not one phone call has been made from it. They keep pushing the client into accepting a new contract. The client is hard of hearing and is not even agreeing with renewal - this has been going on for years. We are trying to terminiate these numbers on behalf of a pensioner who is hard of hearing.
