ELITE MOBILE/VODACOM TRICKERY

Elite Mobile has sales people that provide half-truths when selling migration packages on behalf of Vodacom. Vodacom appears to take no responsibility for this and their clients end up having to fix their contracts which can be tediously time consuming. I cancelled a migration but I'm still being billed for it. Why must I be the one phoning to follow up on this when it's their job to resolve the issue!
