Elite Mobile/Vodacom are ********

Utter ********. And they are apparently doing this on behalf of Vodacom so why does Vodacom allow them to persist? I will be moving my contract. I was offered a contract to receive 20GB at a rate of R199 per month. Instead I'm being charged over R900 for 40GB. I have called them and they gave me a reference number claiming they will resolve my query within 24-48 hours. It has been over 9 days with me constantly following up via email and threatening them with legal action but still getting no reply.
