Elite Mobile's dishonest sales agents

I recently got ****med or misled by Elite Mobile. Their agent called me to inform me that my cellular service provider is making my current contract plan obsolete or taking it off their product list. He called me to try and move me onto a higher plan, but he promised a cheaper price than what I am already paying. I was stupid enough to agree to it. Luckily, I phoned my service provider to confirm such a story, and they informed me that there was no such thing. At this time, Elite Mobile had already put the migration through, and it was for a higher-priced plan. Lucky My service provider was able to cancel the ****med deal.

This is my second **** from Elite Mobile. The first was in December 2021. I will never deal with a business with such dishonest sales staff who will do whatever it takes to get a deal through, even if it is *******.
