Elite mobile..or not ?

Well first of all i was contacted by elite mobile with this special offer put aside especially for me. And it all sounded good at the the time..getting a mecer laptop..with huwai router and 2g data per month. After a struggle getting my parcel from ram couriers that is just as worse of delivering packages..i set up everything just to find out registration failed and i cant use the data now. Trying to get through to a call centre is not an option cause i guess no one is working with the lockdown. So please vodacom in the future before selling products through 2nd hand companies please make sure ur house is in order to give some support at least. I will make sure my payment is delayed at the end off the month to..taken this is the type of service i can expect for the next 36 months
