Elite mobile you are a disgrace

I have a query about elite mobile that was continuously debating my account twice monthly since March last year I have repeatedly contacted them and they have said that someone has been appointed to sort out my complaint but to this day it has not been sorted out. I have also complained to vodacom but to no avail.
