Elite Mobile - Worst Service Ever!!

Worst service ever!! Don't even want to select one star but the system does not allow me to continue otherwise... I cannot believe that one has to struggle this much just to get information regarding a contract that was sold to me by Elite Mobile. I have been waiting for close to two weeks now for anyone to just give me information, I have been phoning daily and have spoken to numerous call centre agents from Mandla, Mr Govender, Serina to name but a few all promising to "escalate" the matter and personally phone me back with feedback - they blatantly refuse to transfer my call to any manager and is hesitant when I request a name from their superior. I cannot understand that a paying customer is refused the right to speak to the correct person in charge - someone - anyone to just give any feedback regarding my query - in the mean time I am struggling with my phone which I desperately need for work purposes but cannot upgrade to a new phone because no one bothers to get back to me. When I contact my service provider (Vodacom) they simply refer me back to Elite Mobile saying that they are unable to assist me. This is the last time I will ever upgrade through Elite Mobile as client service is the last priority on their list. Please do yourself a huge favor and only upgrade your contracts directly with the service provider in stead of third parties like Elite Mobile!!!
