Elite Mobile - Worst customer service ever!

I have received terrible service from Elite Mobile. They called me in January to offer me a special deal to change my night time data to anytime data for R 10.00. I agreed but when i got my bill it was almost R 300 more. I queried it with them Ref ***. They did an investigation and admitted that i was mislead on the call. They then agreed to refund me. Then i received a bill for a R 575 penalty fee. They agreed to refund this as well. On 22/02/2023 I was promised a refund within 7-14 Days. I have still not received my refund and they keep promising it will be done by Friday. They have promised this the past 3 Fridays. I suggest Vodacom review this case and their practices. Due to all the deception and pathetic customer service received from Elite mobile i will be cancelling all my vodacom contacts as soon as they expire after being a loyal customer for over 15 years! The terrible service received and the plain deception and incorrect information from Elite Mobile is by far the worst experience i have had from a service provider!
