Elite Mobile / Vodacom *****

For 2 years, Comit Technology have been **********ly debiting my mother's account for R205/month on her contract tablet ex Vodacom. When we upgraded, the debit orders were noticed. When checking, it is discovered that Comit Technologies are doing the debits. Only Vodacom had her account details & the debits are linked to the tablet.

So the link between Vodacom & Comit Technologies is established. I then called this ********** company after calling Vodacom & getting no joy.

Comit Technology tell me that Elite Mobile which they state is part of Vodacom do the selling & contract. If they listen to the recording & can prove that no agreement was made to debit for "Soul music, Rescue box, Hot potter & Safety box", that they will reverse 3 months debit orders.

My questions are:- 1. How did Vodacom agree to *******ly debit my pensioner mother's account for unwanted services that were never agreed to for 2 years? And how did Vodacom/Elite Mobile *******ly provide my mother's ID no & bank account details to Comit Technologies?

2. How is Vodacom working or associating with a company doing ********** debit orders & then denying any association with same? The invoice for tablet etc. is in the name of Vodacom hence Vodacom is the party guilty of *****.

3. There are over 40 complaints about Comit Technologies on Hellopeter, all asking the same question - who provides Comit Technologies with our account details?
