Elite mobile Vodacom contract not fulfilled

Elite mobile contacted me in Dec 21 regarding an upgrade on 1 of my Vodacom contracts..at that moment they where running a promo...with the upgrade you will receive a R2000 Takealot voucher....up to present date 05/02/22 i haven't received this voucher and on numerous occasions i called in ...all they say is they will escalate this issue......
