Elite mobile who is a Vodacom client sold me lies.

Bango the sales person sold me a contract with the following:

1. Sim Card with 20gig of data 2. Wifi Router 3. Laptop I said to him I do not want a laptop this is actually a very good deal however I am interested in the sim card with 20Gig of data and the WiFi router. He confirmed that I can get that deal with a premium of R179 per month (Sim Card with 20 Gig of data Wifi Router). We then agreed that I will take the sim card with 20Gig of data and the WiFi router for R179 per month. I have realized that laptop was also included on delivery, secondly my data was depleted over 3 days. I called the Vodacom call centre with the intention to report and find out about the laptop which was not part of the agreement and yet delivered to me. Vodacom customer care told me that I received 2 Gigs of data laptop and wifi router therefore I must call Elite Mobile and find out. I called and sent them multiple emails stating exactly what I agreed upon: I have agreed to 20 gigs of data with the premium of R179 per month, not 2 gigs. Elite team promised to arrange courier to fetch all devices delivered to me within a week, I still have everything with me no communication nothing. I am not sure whether my query is not clear or Elite chose to ignore me and rather do what good for the business.

No one came back to me about the offer they sold to me, all they wanted from me was to either take the wrong product delivered to me or return it to them. Well I have agreed to return the laptop, wifi router and the sim card. One thing that ENRAGES ME NO CLEAR INDICATION AND COMMITMENT OF WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THE OFFER. They only mentioned on the email they will get back to me once they received that devices. No further explanation about what was sold to me I even requested a recording of our conversation there was no clear response to that. The lady I have spoken to on Wednesday 04 Dec 2019 even suggested I must go to the nearest Vodacom shop and apply for contract! if I am still interested, she was FOOLING me we all know what they offer is completely different from what the Vodacom outlets are offering.
