Elite Mobile useless

On the 20th December 2021 i did an upgrade with Elite Mobile and with the upgrade i was supposed to get a R3000 Takealot voucher. i was told once the contract is activated then within 7 working days i will receive my voucher. the contract was activated on the 1st January 2022. After 10 phone calls and emails to there support unit and no reply from there management. Elite Mobile is completely useless. They busy with ***** and in breach of contract.
